1. Maintenance per shift:

(6) Check and clean the materials in the upper pressure roller, lower pressure roller, knife holder and the edge gap of the transmission belt.

(7) Lubricating oil is added to the friction surface of the transmission chain and the shaft head of the upper pressure roller and the support slider.

2. Maintenance every 300 hours:

(1) Whether the bearings of the main motor and the conveying motor are in good condition.

(2) Check the oil level and oil quality of the lubricating oil in the reducer, and add or replace 90# gear oil.

(3) Check the tightness of the distribution box and the connection of the wires and cables in the box.

(4) Check the tension and wear of the input belt and output belt, and find that the edging and grinding surface should be adjusted, and the cracking of the rubber layer should be repaired.

(5) Check the firmness of each sprocket and pulley, and fix them if they are loose.

(6) Whether the bearings of each running part are running normally, and whether the fixed hexagon socket bolts on the bearings are loose.

(7) The matching clearance and wear of the movable knife and the fixed knife shall be repaired or replaced in time.

(8) Whether the welding points of the frame, cover and equipment are cracked, if found, deal with it as soon as possible.
