The main recyclable materials for solar panels include aluminum frames, glass, silicon wafers, copper wire, silver flakes and plastics. The following is the recycling process and related equipment for these materials:

Aluminum frame: The aluminum frame around the solar panel can be efficiently dismantled through special disassembly equipment, and the resulting aluminum frame can be recycled again.

Glass: Special crushing and separation machines can break glass pieces into small particles and completely separate them from the solar panels for subsequent processing.

Silicon wafer: Silicon is approximately 15-20% recyclable material. Use a grinder to crush the solar panels into powder, and then use equipment such as air flow separators and electrostatic separators to separate and recycle the silicon powder.

Copper wire: Recyclable material accounts for about 5%. Recycling using dismantling machines and magnetic separators.

Silver pieces: Although the quantity is small, the value is very high. After crushing and grinding, chemical extraction is used to recover the silver.

Plastics: Recycling using crushers and separation extraction units.
