Three-Stage Recycling Process

Henan Recycle's electric motor recyclers utilize an advanced three-stage process focused on maximizing the recovery of valuable materials inside.

In the first stage, the operator applies extremely high pressure through a separation device that cuts and peels away both sides of the motor's cast iron or aluminum housing, exposing the internal structure. The rotor section is then safely removed, and ready for the next stage of processing.

The second stage involves splitting the stator or transformer block into two equal-sized parts. Once opened, the internal copper coils are clearly visible, making it easy for the operator to separate the coils from the remaining parts and materials.

The third stage utilizes a complex hydraulic system to precisely pull the copper wire out of the surrounding metal it passes through. This process ensures that the copper wire is separated intact and undamaged, increasing the purity and value of the recovered copper material.

Final Material Separation and Utilization

Through this three-stage process, valuable copper wire is cleanly separated from scrap metal and plastic.
