

The aluminium copper radiator recycling plant consists of a conveyor, a twin-shaft crusher, a hammer mill, a magnetic separator, a gravity separator, an airflow separation system, and a dust removal device. Through two-stage crushing and two-stage separation, it effectively separates pure copper and pure aluminum, ensuring a maximum metal recovery rate. The entire machine adopts a PLC intelligent control system, ensuring safe and reliable operation, low noise, and no dust pollution, meeting environmental standards.

The material enters the twin-shaft crusher via a conveyor for coarse crushing, and then undergoes fine crushing by the hammer mill. After crushing, the mixture passes through a magnetic separator to remove iron impurities, and then sequentially passes through the airflow separation and gravity separation systems to achieve precise separation of copper and aluminum. Dust is centrally processed through a pipeline system into a dust collection unit, achieving dust-free operation. The entire line is automatically monitored and coordinated via a PLC system.
Suitable for automotive radiators, air conditioning radiators, water tanks, and waste copper-aluminum composite materials. The final output is high-purity copper and aluminum granules, which can be directly used in the remelting process.
