Description of process steps of circuit board recycling equipment production line:

Circuit board dismantling machine: dismantle the waste circuit board, separate and recycle the electronic components and solder on the circuit board.

Circuit board crusher: crushing the disassembled light board

Circuit board crusher: crush and separate the crushed circuit board materials to a certain fineness mesh.

Analysis machine: the pulverized materials are air-selected, resin and copper are sorted, and fibers are separated

Collector: collect dust and fibers, and discharge the collected fibers

Pulse dust collector: collect the dust and ultra-fine dust generated during the crushing process

Grading sieve: sort resin and copper, the resin and copper with large particles that are not separated are returned to the host, and the separated resin and copper are sorted by specific gravity

Gravity sorting: sorting resin and copper, separating copper and resin

High-voltage electrostatic separation: the unseparated specific gravity tailings are subjected to secondary air separation, and the metal and non-metal are completely separated.

For example, the precious metal content of the PCB in the TV is less than that of the computer, and the content of iron, lead and nickel is more.
