Unlike traditional chemical separation or high-temperature smelting methods, this production line utilizes mechanical and physical separation technologies throughout the entire process, completely eliminating the use of chemical agents and secondary contamination. The system consists of a dual-shaft pre-crusher, vibrating screen, secondary crusher, vertical crusher, magnetic separator, aluminum eddy current separator, knife mill, grinding system, air separator, circular vibrating separator, and pulse dust removal system. Each process is tightly integrated, enabling precise separation of materials such as glass, aluminum frames, silicon wafers, copper wire, and plastic film. The entire line boasts a recycling rate exceeding 95%, ensuring high purity and high reuse value for recycled materials.
