The entire process includes multiple stages: coarse crushing, fine crushing, pulverizing, air separation, and electrostatic separation. First, the PCBs are crushed into granular material by a crusher, and then the copper and resin powder are completely separated by air separation and electrostatic separation equipment. High separation rate and high metal purity effectively recover copper resources, maximizing utilization.

The equipment adopts a fully enclosed structure design and is equipped with a high-efficiency dust removal system. The entire recycling process is smokeless, dust-free, and noise-free, fully complying with environmental standards.
