The entire production line primarily consists of a crushing system, a sorting system, a safety protection system, and an exhaust gas treatment system. First, the batteries are discharged in a pre-treatment stage to prevent short circuits or thermal runaway during subsequent processing.

Next, the crushing and sorting stages begin. This step typically utilizes a crusher and multi-stage screening equipment to break the battery cells into fine particles while recovering materials such as copper foil, aluminum foil, and plastic separators. More importantly, through physical or chemical processes, the "black mass" containing high-value metals is extracted. Its main components are lithium, cobalt, nickel, and manganese.

The gas purification system that accompanies the equipment is also particularly important. Since lithium batteries release trace amounts of organic gases and metal dust during the crushing process, these must be effectively treated through methods such as activated carbon adsorption and spray tower purification to ensure compliance with emission standards and avoid secondary pollution. The entire production line can be modularly configured to accommodate different EV battery types (such as ternary lithium and lithium iron phosphate), offering high adaptability and intelligence.

From both an environmental protection and resource reuse perspective, EV battery recycling equipment is an essential component of the future industrial chain.
